1. Product Introduction
The manufacture art of this blade is sinter hot-pressed. In order to reduce the stress to the steel core and prevent steel core cracking during cutting some hard materials, we have made undercut segments on the segments to protect the steel cores. Laser welded segmented saw blades for concrete cutting are installed on handheld saw, floor saw, walk-behind saw, it is using for dry or wet cutting concrete, cured concrete, green concrete reinforced concrete cutting. Laser welded concrete cutting discs have good cutting performance, fast cutting speed, and long life.

We have full-automatic sintering machine for this item of saw blade, production capacity is 500 pieces per week.
For samples, we need 1 or 2 weeks for preparation.
Our leading time will be about 2 weeks for the batch order.
Each blade will be packed in separated boxes, then into carton and pallet.
