Product Description

1.Introduction
The manufacture art of the blade is sinter hot-pressed. The diameter is 230mm, the segment height is 10mm. This type of blade can be widely used in cutting granite, marble and other stone materials with good efficiency. It can be installed on the angle grinder, circular saw and tile saw. MOQ is 100pcs/size. Turbo segment for better cooling and better dust removal, with fast, smooth cutting and long life. The wave steel core improves blade rigidity, reduces friction, avoids wobbling during cutting and it the better removal of filings. Special arrangement holes are for better cooling.

3. Production process.
Raw material→ powder mixing→steel core→cold press→sintering→surface treatment→packaging→dispatch


4. Delivery time
Sample delivery: If we have stock, the delivery time is within one week after we got your sample payment.
If we don't have stock, the delivery time will depend on the sample production.

For batch order, delivery time is usually 3-4 weeks after order confirmation and payment.

Packaging & Shipping

We have full-automation laser welding production line, prodution capacity can be 300 pieces per week.
For samples, delivery time is about 2 weeks; For batch order, 2-3 weeks will be finished prodcution.

For blades packing, we can do silk-screening, laser marking, stickers...
