1. Product Introduction



Electroplated polishing pads are widely used in polishing hard surface countertops such as granite, marble, ceramics, tiles, etc.

  

(1) The diamond polishing pads are electroplated to firmly adhere diamond particles and have a ong service life.

(2)  100% diamond exposure, faster polishing and more durable.

(3) The thickness of the electroplated polishing pads is thinner, usually 0.2-0.5mm, suitable for some fine polishing operations.

(4) It can be used in dry or wet conditions and has high flexibility.

(5)  Velcro backing for quick and easy replacement.

(6)  It works for stones, glass, tiles, metal and other types of hard surfaces.

We have 50#, 100#, 200#, 400#, 800#, 1500#, 3000# and buff pads in one set of polising pads.
You can choose your request diamond grits for your project.

Installation Tips:

-During installation, check whether the polishing pad is firmly fixed to avoid falling off.
-Select the appropriate diamond polishing pad grit according to the type and hardness of the material being polished. (Grit:60#, 120#, 200#, 400#)
-Electroplated polishing pads of different diameters are available. (4", 5",6",7")

4. Application
Dry polishing pads are used for polishing granite, marble, sandstone, and other natual stone materials. It should be used without water. It can achieve rough-medium-fine polishing, make the stone floor shinning again.

5. Delivery time 
Sample delivery: If we have stock, the delivery time is within one week after we got your sample payment. If we don't have stock, the delivery time will depend on the sample production. 
For batch order, delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks after order confirmation and payment
