1.Diamond Grinding Plate introduction

This type of grinding plate is silver brazed redi lock type, it is a kind of diamond tools for floor grinding machine, usually 6 or 9 pieces for one set. It can install on the floor grinder, for removing hard epoxies, urethane, and other coatings or toppings, grinding kinds of rough concrete floor. Different diamond grits are fit for the different grinding requirement, from coarse grinding to fine grinding. Grinding heads and diamond grinding wheel are the main diamond tools for grinders. It has 2 segments, segment height is 10mm.We can supply OEM service.

Concrete can be soft, hard, abrasive, dusty and brittle etc. There are no two floors are ever the same, typically they are more abrasive when the floor is new or have a high sharp sand content. The more abrasive the floor the harder bond you will need to get the best performance out of the diamonds.

Bond - The strength of the metal binder that holds the diamond grit in the segment. Typically the harder the bond the longer the life. Soft concrete needs the hard bond, medium hard bond for medium concrete and soft bond for hard concrete.
