This diamond polishing pad is applied on portable grinding/ polishing machine and operated by hand.

3 Step Diamond polishing pads can be widely used in wet grinding marble, granite and other stones with superior efficiency.  

The diameter of stone polishing pad ranges from 3" to 7" at last,  Using the sequence of wet stone polishing pads is from rough grit to fine, finally to polish. It's usually installing on angle grinders.

4. Three-step polishing system:

Includes 3 steps of rough grinding, medium grinding and fine grinding to gradually improve the surface smoothness.

 

 

○ Step 1 (rough grinding): remove scratches, unevenness and old coatings on the surface of hard materials.

 

○ Step 2 (medium grinding): fine grinding and polishing of the polished surface.

 

○ Step 3 (fine grinding): ultra-fine grinding and polishing to achieve high gloss.

 

5. Delivery time 

Sample delivery: If we have stock, the delivery time is within one week after we got your sample payment. If we don't have stock, the delivery time will depend on the sample production. 
For batch order, delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks after order confirmation and payment
